What is Mobile Signature?
As defined by the Electronic Signature Law No: 5070, Mobile Signature serves as the equivalent of handwritten signature in electronic environments and can be used via GSM SIM cards.
There is a charge by the GSM operators for using mobile signature. However, there is no charge for the e-Government Gateway for the use of mobile signatures at the e-Government Gateway. You can get information about mobile signature pricing from Turkcell, Turk Telekom or Vodafone.
How to Get Mobile Signature?
Mobile electronic signature is a service offered by GSM operators. A mobile signature subscription consists of three phases. Pre-application, Application and Activation. You can apply for Turkcell, Turk Telekom or Vodafone who provide this service and you can get detailed information and get mobile signature.
